📋 Description

• Define and execute AvePoint's enterprise data strategy.
• Modernize data architecture to enable self-service analytics and AI initiatives.
• Establish enterprise governance, data quality, and analytics enablement.
• Lead data products, telemetry standards, and operating model for trusted decisions.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, People, IT, Security, and Compliance.
• Build a scalable, AI-ready data foundation for product-led growth and customer insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in data, analytics, engineering, or information management.
• Experience modernizing enterprise data architecture on platforms like Azure, Snowflake, Databricks
• Proven ability to unify disparate data sources into a governed enterprise data ecosystem.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Product telemetry, data governance, and data product management experience.
• Experience building data platforms for AI, advanced analytics, and customer insights.
