• Develop and implement fundraising strategy aligned with strategic plan
• Donor cultivation and relationship management
• Grant writing and proposals to secure funding from foundations
• Collaborate with programs and marketing/events to run fundraising events
• Lead major gifts and capital campaigns
• Evaluate fundraising effectiveness and report data to improve operations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in fundraising/business development with budgets >$5M
• Dedicated to our mission
• Experience leading a large capital campaign
• Experience working closely with programs
• Proven track record of scaling fundraising strategy
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in matrixed, global orgs
