📋 Description

• Lead design, analysis, development, integration, and launch of space vehicles.
• Oversee technical strategy, execution, and delivery of these systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to meet objectives and mission success.
• Ensure highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.
• Provide engineering leadership and mentorship across teams.
• Manage technical baseline and integrity across programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of vehicle product design across structures, propulsion, software.
• Strong MBSE experience and Model Based Systems Engineering.
• Experience leading design reviews and system engineering processes.
• Experience with spacecraft mission analysis, AIT, and risk management.
• DoD/USG program exposure and ability to obtain clearance.
• 15+ years in full life-cycle spacecraft development.
