🎯 Requirements

• Senior IC or hands-on founder with deep technical credibility.
• Built core production systems at real scale (0to1 or 0toGA).
• Defined category-defining systems others build on.
• Deep credibility in AI and agents; you are still in the code.
• Extreme AI fluency; daily frontier AI tools.
• BS/BA in CS required; MS/PhD a plus; SF onsite; H1B transfers welcome.
