• Senior IC (Staff) or hands-on founder who never stopped building.
• Owned a critical domain end-to-end at scale or high-velocity startup.
• Lead through the work; drive major tech decisions across teams.
• Still in the code; architect, review, and build.
• Extreme AI fluency; daily frontier AI tools.
• BS/BA CS; MS/PhD a plus; SF onsite; H1B transfers welcome.
