• Extensive senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, executive director, managing director, or

• Established credibility with institutional funders, government representatives, boards, founders
• Proven experience scaling organizations, strengthening institutional capabilities, and translating
• Strong strategic and financial acumen, including the ability to allocate resources effectively
