📋 Description

• Lead the strategic evolution of our staffing firm into an AI-enabled RPO powerhouse.
• Define the RPO value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify and secure enterprise-level RPO contracts.
• Represent the brand as a tech-forward staffing leader.
• Collaborate with tech to ensure AI tools solve recruitment bottlenecks.
• Own P&L for the RPO division and develop KPIs beyond hires per month.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of workforce solutions, staffing, or talent services sales.
• Proven experience selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or outsourcing.
• Demonstrated success closing $500K–$2M+ services deals.
• Experience working with enterprise HR and talent acquisition leaders.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: experience at major workforce solutions firms (e.g., Randstad, Allegis, Korn Ferry, AMS).
