🎯 Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of workforce solutions, staffing, or talent services sales.
  • Proven experience selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated success closing $500K–$2M+ services deals.
  • Experience working with enterprise HR and talent acquisition leaders.
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred: experience at major workforce solutions firms (e.g., Randstad, Allegis, Korn Ferry, AMS).
