• Own the overall strategy, P&L, growth and performance of a product-led B2B SaaS business
• Drive revenue and product growth by strengthening acquisition, activation, customer engagement and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a CEO, General Manager or senior executive within a B2B SaaS HR
• Demonstrated track record of growing SaaS products, revenue and teams while building sustainable
• Strong operational and commercial background, with hands-on experience turning strategy into
• Deep expertise in marketing and product, with the ability to grow a SaaS user base and revenue
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management and
• Experience leading organizational transformation, process improvement, operational standardization
