🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in finance leadership; CFO/VP Finance in growth company.
• Ownership of capital strategy and lender relationships.
• Experience building high-performing finance teams.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience in leveraged/PE-backed growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
