Chief Financial Officer

📋 Description

• Understand 360Learning's strategy, financial performance, organization, culture and key business
• Build strong relationships with the CEO, Executive Committee, Finance team and key internal
• Review our financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance management processes.
• Assess the maturity of our Finance organization, systems, internal controls and financial
• Identify the main drivers of growth, profitability, cash generation and operational efficiency.
• Deliver an initial diagnostic highlighting key risks, opportunities and short-term priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Finance, including senior leadership in B2B SaaS, ideally scaling from €30–50M to
• Strong grasp of ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, retention and Rule of 40.
• Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, performance management and data-driven
• Ability to balance growth investments, profitability, cash generation and operational efficiency.
• Trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee, able to challenge assumptions and drive
• Experience with PE/Growth Equity investors, Board reporting, financial governance and capital
