• Been-there, done-that scaling experience: You've been a senior finance leader at high-growth B2B
• Strategic finance and FP&A depth: You build models and forecasts yourself, you can walk through
• Business judgment: You ask "is this the best use of our money?" and you can frame the trade-offs
• Fundraising and board experience: You've raised both equity and debt, and you're comfortable owning
• An operator's discipline: You build systems and repeatable processes and communicate proactively
• Clear thinking and communication: You can turn complex financial data and our revenue model into a
