📋 Description

• Lead development of short and long-term strategic objectives and profitability.
• Develop strategies to boost company value via sales and productivity.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on growth, including expansion and licensing.
• Establish finance operations strategy, key metrics, and systems.
• Provide timely budgets, forecasts, results, and variance analysis.
• Oversee treasury, investments, banking, and liquidity planning.
• Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions on variances.
• Advise on long-range planning, new programs, and regulatory actions.
• Build strong relationships with executives to align finance with needs.
• Oversee annual budgeting; improve budgeting processes.
• Advise on contracts and strategic financial input for alliances, acquisitions, mergers.
• Manage external auditors and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure internal controls comply with accounting standards and laws.
• Evaluate departmental structures and promote growth and efficiency.
• Lead Real Estate, Legal, and Purchasing functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Creative problem solving and financial planning; strategic thinking.
• BS in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
• 15+ years in progressive financial leadership; multi-unit experience.
• Interpersonal skills; effective communicator at all levels.
• Viewed as a key resource and solid business partner.
