📋 Description

• Own the financial strategy and long-range planning for all Americas entities, including Nadex
• Serve as the primary finance business partner to Americas leadership, providing data-driven
• Build and present board-ready financial narratives and investor materials as needed.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and scenario analysis across all Americas business
• Lead the financial integration and operational setup of new business lines.
• Oversee the preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements, management reporting packages, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with a meaningful portion in financial services or
• Deep familiarity with US GAAP, including technical accounting for derivatives, financial
• Experience with CFTC-regulated entities or similar regulatory environments (SEC, FINRA, OCC) and
• Proven track record of building and leading finance teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
