📋 Description

• Strategic financial leadership for a multi-entity network with a ~$500M real estate portfolio.
• Partner with CEO and executive team to translate goals into a forward-looking financial strategy.
• Oversee FP&A, accounting, compliance, and cash management; manage a ~$300M operating budget.
• Modernize finance infrastructure and integrate AI to build scalable, data-driven operations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team (15–18 people) and partner with school leaders to
