📋 Description

• Set and execute the financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and board, ensuring finance is a
• Serve as the primary financial voice to the board and executive leadership team, owning board
• Advise executive leaders on pricing, unit economics, capital allocation, investments, and other
• Own Finance and Accounting end to end, including accounting, monthly close, FP&A, treasury
• Build scalable financial processes that deliver accurate, timely, and reliable information to
• Lead financial workstreams for major initiatives, including M&A integration, financing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO within a company generating approximately $50M–$200M in revenue, ideally
• Hands-on experience leading finance through a significant corporate transaction, particularly
• Demonstrated success building and operating rigorous financial functions, including clean monthly
• Experience integrating acquired companies' financial operations and reporting into a unified
• Significant experience working directly with CEOs and boards in a scale-up environment.
• Experience within private equity- or venture-backed organizations.
