Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

📋 Description

• Lead financial strategy, annual budget, and multi-year plan aligned with ops and commercial goals.
• Build and lead finance org across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax; foster accountability.
• Oversee monthly close, global consolidations; GAAP financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity; optimize inventory and payables.
• Primary executive contact for banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury services.
• Partner with operations and supply chain to improve plant/DC performance using ERP/WMS data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO/VP Finance experience.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain businesses with multi-site and international operations.
• Proven track record in managing institutional banking relationships and debt facilities.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Comfort operating at strategic and tactical levels in a growing, privately owned company.
