📋 Description

Take ownership of financial performance metrics and board reporting.
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts aligned with objectives.
Control OpEx; CapEx; optimize spending with leadership.
Lead internal accounting (7 FTE) and outsourced support.
Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Drive corporate development, M&A, and pricing for offerings.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership (CFO/VP Finance).
Proven track record in corporate development and M&A.
Experience managing a blended team (~7 FTEs) and external vendors.
Strong pricing strategy experience for complex product/service proposals.
CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance/Accounting preferred.
