Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

📋 Description

• Own the three-statement financial model, annual budget, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Translate recurring revenue, retention, margins, unit economics, and customer/product profitability
• Partner with leadership on pricing, renewals, commercial agreements, vendor negotiations, and
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting for management, the board, investors, and lenders
• Partner with the controller on financial close, GAAP reporting, internal controls, audits, tax, and
• Improve financial visibility and systems as the organization grows, including accurate treatment of

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on finance experience within a private equity-backed or venture-backed software business.
• Demonstrated ownership of significant finance workstreams and the ability to operate across
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or Big 4
• At least 2 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or senior finance leadership
• Strong understanding of software finance metrics and GAAP reporting, including recurring revenue
• Ability to communicate financial results, insights, and recommendations clearly to executives
