🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and fiscal ops.
• 5+ years senior-level admin/leadership in a fast-paced org.
• Experience leading financial ops in higher ed, public sector, nonprofit, or healthcare.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and GAAP knowledge.
• Leadership, team development, and stakeholder management.
