Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

📋 Description

• Lead financial strategy, annual budget, and multi-year planning aligned with ops.
• Build and mentor accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax teams.
• Oversee monthly close, consolidations, and GAAP financials.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity; optimize inventory.
• Lead banking relationships; negotiate credit facilities and covenants.
• Partner with operations to improve plant/DC performance using ERP/WMS data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, incl. CFO/VP Finance.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain; multi-site ops.
• Proven track record managing banking relationships and debt facilities.
• GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and mid-market ERP/WMS knowledge.
• Leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence.
