📋 Description

• Lead and develop the FP&A and Accounting functions, establishing clear priorities
• Assess existing financial operations, identify process gaps, and work directly with teams to
• Simplify and document core finance processes, enhance data quality, and introduce automation to
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgets, forecasts, financial models, and
• Direct accounting operations, financial close processes, audits, reporting, and internal controls
• Partner with the CEO and Board on financial strategy, capital requirements, financing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including previous CFO experience within a
• Demonstrated success scaling SaaS or technology companies from approximately $50 million to more
• Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, including strategic planning, forecasting
• Direct experience with late-stage fundraising, such as Series C, D, or E, or experience operating
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, recurring revenue models, and the financial drivers of
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit oversight.
