🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
