📋 Description

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and capital allocation.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and present financial statements and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
