• Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with expansion.
• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investments.
• Coordinate funding with banks, partners, and investors.
• Build financial models, forecasts, and management reports.
• Maintain relations with banks, partners, and auditors.
• Oversee budgeting and performance monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior financial leadership (CFO/Head of Finance).
• Experience in international business (Ukraine + EU).
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and planning.
• Experience working with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and service providers.
• Proven track record in finance process automation (CRM/ERP/BI).
• Proficiency in English: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced.
