📋 Description

• Lead global programs focused on ocean governance, transparency, tech-enabled solutions, and
• Shape long-term impact strategies and ensure measurable outcomes across conservation and policy.
• Manage globally distributed teams and multi-year initiatives with a focus on inclusion and
• Collaborate with exec leadership to align priorities, resources, and impact reporting.
• Represent the organization to governments, NGOs, donors, and international stakeholders.
• Travel internationally as needed to support partnerships and mission delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred. Strong senior-level experience in international programs.
• Deep understanding of global ocean policy, conservation challenges, and governance dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and build high-performing, inclusive cultures.
• Excellent strategic planning, project management, and execution skills.
• Diplomacy, negotiation, advocacy, and relationship-building across sectors.
• English fluency; Spanish or French preferred. Experience with fundraising and donor relations.
