📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned to company goals and growth
• Lead the IT organization, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, end-user support, and
• Own information security and compliance strategy, partnering with Legal and Security to manage
• Oversee the enterprise application landscape, ensuring integration, reliability, and strong user
• Partner with the CFO and General Counsel on technology budgeting, vendor selection, procurement
• Establish data governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities that give leaders trusted, timely

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior role leading
• Proven track record setting enterprise technology strategy and delivering large-scale
• Deep experience with information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and deploying AI and automation tools in an enterprise setting
• Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership, vendor management, and contract negotiation
