Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel Coach

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via the Mento Platform and Tools
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities
• Communicate with members via Mento email or Mento App between sessions
• Share coaching tools and insights to strengthen our practices
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years as General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer or senior legal exec in tech
• Experience coaching individuals; coaching cert a plus but not required
• Want to turn leadership skills into coaching skills
• Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace
• Self-aware with high emotional intelligence; safe space for vulnerability
• Ready to commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months
