📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall operations of the AutoLab.
• Assist Eurofins Biomnis in maintaining a high standard in medical testing.
• Provide support to clients and colleagues to ensure a first-class service.
• Maintain and enhance professional knowledge and skills as required.
• Lead and co-ordinate senior medical scientists, basic grade scientists, technicians and students

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biomedical/Biological Sciences.
• At least 5 years in a medical testing laboratory; minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Commitment to ISO 15189 accreditation; experience maintaining accreditation.
• Proven experience developing, implementing and monitoring KPIs.
• Experience recruiting, training and leading teams; fostering professional development.
• Openness to continuous improvement and professional development.
