📋 Description

• Partner directly with the CEO to develop, coordinate, and execute strategic company-wide
• Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to establish clear priorities, evaluate strategic
• Identify risks, dependencies, execution gaps, and opportunities across major initiatives
• Act as a central point of coordination between executives and cross-functional teams, ensuring
• Own and continuously improve company operating rhythms, including Objectives and Key Results
• Design and implement planning frameworks that support effective decision-making, organizational

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 15+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in senior-level positions
• Demonstrated experience working closely with CEOs and senior executive leaders, influencing
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and translate strategic objectives into
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, including experience interpreting business
• Experience developing financial and operational dashboards, performance reports, planning
