🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Chief of Staff, Consulting, PMO or Operations.
Strong executive communication and planning skills.
Experience building dashboards and KPIs.
Ability to influence without formal authority.
Excellent English written and verbal skills.
Background in SaaS or technology is a plus.
