📋 Description

• Serve as the CEO's right hand; own operations to free time for strategy.
• Shape how the CEO spends time; balance meetings and priorities.
• Lead special projects; strategic research on markets, competition, partnerships.
• Partner with CEO and CFO on fundraising; data room and investor materials.
• Act as liaison for board, investors, and strategic partners; maintain alignment.
• Own all-hands and executive meetings; drive cross-functional outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in high-performance settings (consulting, banking, VC, scale-ups).
• Experience through inflection points: Series A-B, rapid intl scaling.
• Hands-on with AI tools to streamline ops and decisions.
• Proven ability to build and manage OKR frameworks across departments.
• Strong analytics; build dashboards, interpret data, inform decisions.
• Background in consumer/hospitality/marketplace is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high EQ.
