🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years at a top consulting firm or strong operating role.
• Proven AI track record delivering real work, with something you've built.
• Comfortable being the most junior in a room of senior client executives.
• Comfortable working with account numbers and financials without hand-holding.
• Bias toward finishing things independently; scope fuzzy asks.
• Range without ego: willing to do grunt and senior work.
