Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Partner directly with the Group Vice President to define, prioritise, and drive the EMEA North
• Orchestrate and drive cross-functional programs critical to regional growth that don't sit neatly
• Support new market entry and geographic expansion initiatives across EMEA North
• Build and accelerate strategic partnerships by owning coordination across Sales, Alliances, and GTM
• Act as the primary point of contact for teams supporting EMEA North Sales (Sales Operations
• Work across matrix teams to align priorities, goals, and execution cadence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 10+ years of experience in field sales, GTM strategy, sales operations, or a Chief of Staff role—in
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executive stakeholders in a high-velocity
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional programs from ambiguity to execution and measurable
• Deep experience working across EMEA North markets—understanding of regional GTM dynamics, partner
• Prior exposure to customer-facing GTM work (sales, solutions consulting, alliances, partnerships)
