• Serve as trusted advisor to the CPO, CEO, and exec team.
• Own the Board operating cadence from draft to delivery.
• Coordinate end-to-end Board materials and exec narratives.
• Run the executive operating system across Huntress.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and urgent priorities.
• Build and scale operating rhythms and company-wide messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy, ops, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Able to advise executives using data, context, and judgment.
• Strong operator instincts between strategy and execution.
• Exceptional analytical capability for complex questions.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
