🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 9–12 years in operations with M&A integrations.
• Consulting and software industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record delivering processes and metrics.
• Project management experience delivering complex initiatives on time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across execs.
