📋 Description

• Directly support SVP in strategic roadmap definition and execution.
• Lead urgent, strategic projects for SVP and VE org.
• Partner with SVP on partnerships and customer initiatives.
• Influence growth and trajectory of global VE organization.
• Act as sounding board for new ideas and initiatives.
• Prepare and manage VE Leadership governance, meetings, and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding Celonis’ strategy and navigation across the org.
• Strong business acumen; finance as a strategic function at scale.
• Deep project management experience; complex programs from inception to completion.
• Prior consulting preferred; ability to handle uncertainty and build scalable processes.
• Ability to learn quickly in a high-growth environment; manage confidential material.
• Effective written and verbal communication; collaborate with stakeholders and executives.
