📋 Description

• Lead the operating rhythm for the Office of the CPO (product, design, Eng).
• Drive agendas, decisions, and follow-through for leadership meetings to move actions.
• Create executive-ready materials for board discussions, strategy reviews, and planning.
• Manage R&D All Hands and CPO exec communications to align priorities and messaging.
• Plan leadership offsites and org moments to strengthen culture and collaboration.
• Translate company OKRs into R&D input; support quarterly OKR setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record in product (PM, design, or UX) and ops in fast-moving tech.
• Experience supporting senior product or R&D leaders with executives on high-visibility topics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; distill complex topics into clear narratives and memos.
• Strong meeting design and follow-through; turn leadership forums into clear decisions and actions.
• Excellent cross-functional judgment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and partnerships.
• Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills; frame issues and recommend action.
