Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Partner with the CEO to drive company-wide strategic initiatives from conception through execution
• Help align the Executive Leadership Team and broader organization around priorities, tradeoffs, and
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across critical initiatives and surface insights
• Act as connective tissue across executives and teams to ensure strategy translates into coordinated
• Shape and support LaunchDarkly's operating rhythm, including owning OKRs and leadership planning
• Design and evolve planning frameworks that enable effective executive decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in senior-level roles
• Demonstrated success partnering closely with executive leaders and influencing at the highest
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with SaaS metrics and executive-level data
• Ability to manage multiple, high-impact workstreams with sound judgment and prioritization
• High degree of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
