📋 Description

• Own and solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems across functions, clients, and priorities.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategy, investor materials, and business development.
• Lead AI transformation projects and scalable, human-centered AI solutions.
• Drive fundraising and financial/strategic initiatives as needed.
• Support or lead sales, GTM, recruiting, and organizational growth.
• Manage client projects and delivery with strong alignment to objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in management consulting, venture capital, PE, or startup leadership.
• Ability to take ambiguous initiatives from concept to execution with tangible results.
• Strong generalist with cross-functional contributions in strategy, ops, finance, tech, delivery
• Independent, proactive, with strong written/verbal communication; concise materials for diverse
• Builder mentality; experience using AI to build products/tools/automation is valued.
• AI-first mindset; use of AI to amplify research, analysis, and decision-making.
