📋 Description

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives with focus on commercial performance and operational
• Partner with the CEO on go-to-market strategy, pricing, customer portfolio development, product
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution and follow-through.
• Own executive and investor-facing materials, including Advisory Board prep and investor reporting.
• Identify value creation opportunities across commercial structure and operating model.
• Support the CEO in steering critical topics, ensuring clarity and momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, private equity, growth investing, or
• Experience with go-to-market strategy, pricing, revenue growth, and operating model improvement.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and execution-oriented; able to operate with ambiguity and drive
• Strong ability to structure complex topics and create momentum across teams.
• Team-oriented with a bias toward impact over credit; comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Clear, direct, and persuasive communication in German and English.
