• Lead high-impact 0-to-1 strategic projects that advance long-term organizational goals, including
• Design and run validation experiments, assess results objectively, and develop recommendations on
• Serve as a trusted liaison for high-priority partners, donors, and external stakeholders, clearly
• Evaluate potential partnerships and initiatives, assess their strategic fit and resource
• Lead major growth partnerships from initial discussions through scoping, agreements, and pilot
• Run the organization’s operating rhythm and ensure important decisions are translated into clear

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, strategy, or comparable role
• Demonstrated experience taking a new program, product, partnership, or initiative from 0 to 1.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments, turn loosely defined and high-stakes problems
• Experience working closely with executives and representing organizations in high-stakes external
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and
• Ability to manage a broad range of priorities while maintaining attention to detail, execution

• Base salary of $179,000–$196,000 USD.
