📋 Description

• Own the operating rhythm and planning: annual and quarterly planning, goal-setting, and the weekly
• Keep major programs from colliding or stalling across research, modelling, product, delivery, and
• Be the connective tissue between the Chief AI Officer's org and the rest of the company
• Own and lead special projects: reorg, new partnership, flagship research event, org-wide planning

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of operating experience in a Chief of Staff, business operations, or senior
• Understand how AI actually works at a practical level, able to talk about model to product, data
• Fluent in numbers: model performance metrics, data pipeline throughput, budget-to-impact.
• Hold strategy and execution in the same hand, thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle ambiguity
• Outstanding communicator with executive presence and ability to influence teams.
