Chief of Staff, CEO

📋 Description

• Partner with CEO to lead strategic projects, conduct market analysis, and prepare recommendations
• Support company-level strategic decision-making on new market entry, capital allocation, M&A
• Coordinate cross-functional ad hoc projects
• Manage CEO's office operations, planning staff meetings, tracking decisions, ensuring execution of
• Support executive processes such as QBRs, AOP planning, and budgeting
• Advise CEO and act as liaison between departments

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or
• 8 years business experience, of which >3 years with management consulting, investment banking
• Familiarity with business development or licensing processes in pharmaceutical or medtech companies
• Demonstrated track record in senior management capacity, preferably in medical device or healthcare
• Strong strategic analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
