📋 Description

• Own rhythms, narrative, strategy, and exec office ops across Lyft.
• Prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings and investor engagements.
• Lead the Chiefs of Staff network and executive backbone.
• Design annual planning, offsites, goals, and cross-functional alignment.
• Advise on major initiatives (incl. M&A) requiring governance.
• Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in strategy, operations, or complex roles.
• Prior Chief of Staff or equivalent for C-suite in public/high-growth tech.
• Exec communications experience for public markets, boards, or large audiences.
• Organizational design, annual planning, or large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Excellent written communications; shareholder letters, board memos, CEO remarks.
• High EI; quick trust-building with senior leaders and teams.
