📋 Description

• Serve as thought partner to the Chief People Officer; test priorities and drive decisions.
• Shape People orgs strategic narrative; articulate priorities and impact.
• Run the People orgs operating rhythm; manage leadership cadences and forums.
• Prepare executive-ready content for the CPO and People org.
• Own high-priority projects from definition to execution; align stakeholders.
• Represent the CPO voice in cross-functional forums; exercise judgment on escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in business management, HR/People strategy, Chief of Staff, or related roles.
• Understanding of People functions and how they support business and employee experience.
• Experience advising executives, ideally supporting a Chief People Officer.
• Exceptional storytelling and synthesis; deliver executive-ready materials.
• Highly self-directed with strong judgment and ownership; operate independently.
• Excellent communication; influence without formal authority.
