📋 Description

• Design and run the product leadership rhythms (agendas, reviews, offsites)
• Co-own people rhythms with HRBP across hiring and talent reviews
• Partner with Technology Operations to plan roadmaps and OKRs
• Own headcount planning and budget with Finance and HR
• Drive AI retooling and enablement across the function
• Curate external product narrative with PR, brand, and updates

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building product credibility and strategic narrative
• Track record running people processes at scale in fast-growth orgs
• Exceptional written communication; ghostwriting and board pages
• Pattern-matching for organizational dysfunction
• Influence across senior leaders in Product, Eng, Design, Revenue, Finance, HR
• Strong analytical foundation and business acumen
