📋 Description

• Bridge to leadership: partner with the COO to turn priorities into plans.
• Operating Rhythm: design/run leadership meetings and quarterly cycles.
• Cross Functional Execution: lead projects across Product, GTM, and Ops.
• Board and Investor Materials: prepare decks and updates for leadership.
• Metrics and Accountability: define OKRs and track performance.
• Organizational Gaps: identify gaps and build what is needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in high-ownership roles (CoS, consulting, IB, startup ops).
• Strong analytical/technical aptitude; data-informed decisions.
• Experience interfacing with executives, Eng, and Commercial/Field teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for exec/board audiences.
• Balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
• Startup experience at early or growth stage preferred.
