Chief of Staff, Global Partners (Director)

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the GVP of Global Partnerships, providing
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase the GVP's leverage and effectiveness; anticipate
• Represent the GVP in meetings, communications, and cross-functional engagements as appropriate; act
• Prepare the GVP and leadership team for critical meetings, board presentations, and executive
• Drive the operating model and rhythm of business for the Global Partnerships function, including
• Own the execution of strategic planning cycles—long-range planning, annual planning, and budget

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, business
• Experience in partnerships, alliances, channels, or business development environments strongly
• MBA from a top-tier program preferred, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic thought partner to senior executives while also
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Strong program management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
