📋 Description

• Own the GTM operating rhythm: reviews, OKRs, and board reporting.
• Bridge strategy & execution across Product and GTM; align cross-functional priorities.
• Own and maintain a single source of truth with actionable data.
• Turn ambiguous priorities into structured plans with owners.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Help build the GTM org as it scales: interview processes, onboarding, rituals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy/operations with GTM experience.
• Experience at a top-tier tech or fintech in regulated markets.
• Based in Toronto and able to work in person with the SVP.
• Analytical, data-driven, focused on insights that drive action.
• Strong communicator with board-ready narratives and updates.
• AI-forward and curious; leverage AI to accelerate execution.
