📋 Description

• Act as the SVP's right hand for Healthcare Analytics.
• Manage the portfolio budget and build the financial narrative.
• Run recruiting, onboarding, leadership workshops, and meeting cadence.
• Produce executive-ready materials for leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner on annual and mid-year planning and scorecard tracking.
• Identify blockers and escalate issues to the SVP as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of total business experience with budgeting and exec deliverables.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI/value realization tracking.
• Experience managing recruiting pipelines, onboarding, or cross-functional cadences.
• Excellent written communication with executive-ready materials.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, matrixed org without a dedicated team.
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred.
